•TRANSFORM:
Orange Piccolo > Lvl 7
Base HP / All DMG / All Def Up

•PASSIVE:
"Opening Move Toward Victory"
-Remains the same as it is now

•SKILL 1:
"Light Grenade"
-Remains the same as it is now

•SKILL 2: (Re-Work)
"Hellzone Trap"
-If an enemy is targeted for the Hellzone Trap, all orbs will encapsulate that enemy hero alone and Piccolo will immediately trigger the trap, inflicting AoE damage centered to that enemy

-If there is no enemy being targeted by Piccolo, it works the same as before the rework

•SKILL 3: (Re-Work)
"Demon Whip"
-If an enemy is targeted by Piccolo's Demon Whip, instead of pulling Piccolo to that enemy, Piccolo wraps his arm around that enemy, making that enemy unable to move, use Rush Attacks, or use Skills for as long as Piccolo has them wrapped.
The enemy hero will be automatically released after 3 seconds of being wrapped

If the skill is re-entered, Piccolo pulls the enemy to him and the enemy is then released

If the enemy hero receives any damage, the enemy hero gets released

The enemy hero is given a slight increase in all DMG resistance while wrapped

If Piccolo receives any DMG, the enemy is released

While the enemy is wrapped, Piccolo is able to charge and use Special Beam Cannon during this move

-"Demon Whip" works the same as before in all other circumstances

•SUPER ATTACK:
"Special Beam Cannon"
-Remains the same as it is now

For his MVP and Victory emotes, he would stay in his Orange form or could revert back to normal.

I think they’ll likely add PA piccolo with an orange transformation

I def think this should be a different character. If you wanted to differentiate the moveset a little, you could replace Hellzone Trap w his barrage of melee attacks he did against Cell Max
