These abilities are all good ideas, but Guilty Flash being an instant KO rush attack should come with some extremely great risk to himself especially if he has ranged energy rush attacks. Otherwise this sounds fun! I'd love it if they added more Buu's sooner rather than later.

These abilities are all good ideas, but Guilty Flash being an instant KO rush at...
The idea is that he has to punch you instead of being able to stun you with a beam. I wasn't sure of how much space I had left though so I just said screw it. It's only an insta kill for the one person though.
