I think Snowball is generally the play on 17. It can make the impact of Counter Shell immense and the barrier kick consistent.

Well i hate saying this but snowball is kinda the play after the nerf to buildup. Buildup used to be good on 17 cause his ultimate does so much at lower hp unless im wrong about that but now snowball is better cause honstly its easier to get and makes 17 more of a threat

ah idk 17 is really powerful with snow ball. i still dont see the appeal of too easy 2 hp really isnt that much

Yes and no sense build up needs three enemies to be killed instead of 2 and it doesnt give you as much defense and thier is no way in hell your gettong all 15 stacks like its jist not worth it

Snowball is just betting on not dying a lot which is a lot harder to do on technical characters since they are priority targets

One thing I'd advice about 17 is to put at least one point in S2 if opponent team has Piccolo, you can stun him out of his ult, giving your team more time to kill the boss before he does

Like, if there happens to be a Toppo on my team, you bet I’m picking Buu. But otherwise if I’m solo I use Kid Gohan or 17.

What I like more about 17 than Buu now is his healing, 17 can give an instant chunk of hp 2x and extra speed which helps allies from running away from godku super long range s2, Buu heals on increments which is better the more allies but still

Since his S2 stagger shuts down buu's healing and his ult stops gammas/super vegito/bardock's temporary extra HP

Late game when I’ve defended tower alone, 1v1 anyone, the stagger/cool down reduction helps so much, I’ve had many moments people run away and 17 staggers and that really is the cake to finish someone running away

He really does shut down anyone who doesn’t have no obstruction. Cause i remember many times i play Buu and heal, and Ulthan staggers me and cancels everything -_-
