Did a quick patch which is now live and fixes:

• Private Matchmaking is now allowed
• Fixed getting stuck whenever someone joins a game

Room 22 I can't pick up the mask.
Also noticing from time to time all my buttons stop working. and Im stuck not being able to do anything for like 30-60 seconds. not sure if its because of people loading in or out of the lobby

also, just ate 3 pizzas in a row and didnt gain a single heart

The loading issue got solved in a patch a bit ago and the mask issue flava lmk about im fixing it rn in the coming patch 🫡

Also you cant technically beat the game rn cause it crashes after room 23 so dont go there yet lol

• Room 24 can now be cleared without crashing
• Missions are tracking
• Added a checkpoint mid parkour

yes. in this new server I was also only able to get 4 masks.. the rest arent spawning for me

i think the issue with the masks is they might be disappearing for everyone when one person takes it which is weird cause i have that setting off 😭

possibly. but I remember specifically what happened in my previous public lobby... I find the first 4 masks (unless i missed one in a room).. once the first achievement popped up for finding 4 masks.. all the rest of the masks in the map were gone

I found the monastery in the last game.. now that im in private lobby, its showing I dont have it unlocked.. but as you can see, it is selected

btw. game is wayyy smoother in provate lobby, and so far, buttons have not froze in over 30 mins

it just replaces what your jutsu looks like and has other effects while using the jutsu

oh il handle it in the code dont worry as long as you log in next patch with the forbidden jutsu equipped itll save

• perk powerups now show on ui
• hopefully fixed being stuck whenever a new player joins

also what do you think about it difficulty/progression wise so far?

I was aiming to make it a bit more beginner friendly as its audience is more geared for kids given the whole LEGO stuff

I definitely couldnt beat it on a public lobby earlier at lower level.. And now that I've maxed player power ups, and im solo, its still seems to be balanced in difficulty.. like I want to speed through it super fast. but as for not yet being able to prestige, it feels about normal to all the other roguelikes I've played

my hope is, once i'm prestige 10 I will feel way over powered.. since I earned it 🙂

about that I have it soft locked to prestige 5 as of now since the highest jutsu and element you can get are both unlocked at prestige 5

but im realising now theres no reason to cap it there so ill change it to 10 next patch

since u actually need to beat the game

so, you said it currently is capped at prestige 5.. this Golden element takes 300 scrolls.. or 6 prestiges if someone was being efficient with their time

last enemy fell through map.. I ran back to reset the room, came back in, and he was still under the map.. first time I encountered this today.

Also, I twice now have had an achievement pop up. and if I had to guess, it should be for the use jutsu 10x and then 100x. But my missions isn't showing it as completed

actually, yeah.. ill send a pic.. that red bar seems like its counting an achievement, but its just not showing the checkmark...

ill spend 10 mins in the hot springs shortly to see if that works...

• 6th mission slot now shows as completed
• Finding the scroll in the monastery now saves
• Enemies shouldnt fall through map anymore

Also Neo in your case as long as you kept the forbidden jutsu equipped it should say you have found the scroll now

@empty salmon 2 things. 1, will we be able to spend scrolls on something else in the future? My math is showing we'll have too many by prestige 5. Also, I'm going to map out progression to maybe see if it makes sense to lessen the prestige from 50 completions (cause i think it would based on the extra scrolls)..

Thats the plan yes, althought its also more cause people who are doing the last page of achievements are mostly doing it for completionist sake

but Ill look into a cool way to implement spending scrolls

ok. The current challenge I'm seeing is how long it takes to get through a single run. currently fully maxed my run is at 12 mins. I know this will get a little faster with each prestige, but by the time I get to prestige 2 or 3, I'm feeling like I'm going to be super burnt out and not want to play it anymore. Possible to lesson the first few prestiges and then cap it at 50 later on?

I could see the runs getting faster if we had a weapon like the gauntlets or infinite ammo

Initial thoughts would be mayber making jutsus do damage when your near an enemy or something of the sort

Seriously thought I searched this room fully when looking for the masks

room 23. there was 1 enemy in here that would just not die.. finally able to kill her, but the health must have been like x5 of normal enemies in this room

is there a way you make make the jutsu more transparent. I'm having trouble seeing through it to the enemies with the fire color.. would imagine when I get to Golden it would be the same thing. hard to see through

• New stats table
• Parkour now has a timer/music and its own leaderboard
• Jutsus are now at 40% opacity vs 100% before to make them more see through
• Consumable heal info in rewards screen is fixed
• Sword now shows in weapon shop
• Intro cinematic temporarily disabled

Submitted the patch just now il keep you guys updated on when its live but i fixed everything regarding stats table everything should be working perfect now. Also i can confirm the Jutsu Uses were always only being counted in that session and not overall so unfortunately the count will be reset next time you login. But it should be saving from here on
