how to join using codes:
You just paste a link ⁠into your internet browser (the url bar at the top) - You will get a popup to open with steam.
Do it while in the main menu, not the airport. If nothing happens the lobby is full :)

How to make lobby code:
In the main menu, go to settings and change lobby mode to 'open to friends'.
Then press host and go into the airport.
The green 'join game' button should now appear on your steam profile. Right click it to copy the link :)

mm usually dx11 crashes less than vulkan, but it all just depnds on hardware

No. But as the game now supports loading a single biome I suppose that's more easily possible. Upon triggering the campfire have the mod go back to airport (if needed) and then trigger it to load the specific biome and spawn people's items and backpacks in again

not really a gaming mod, but I play peak on an apple laptop using crossover, and lately, my touchpad and mouse haven’t been able to respond to the game, even the settings. basically, I’ll move my cursor and it shows the little hand clicking, but nothing selects. my cursor works fine on everything except peak :P has anyone else run into trouble like this? I can’t even escape the game into window mode, I have to do a manual shutdown and that’s not that great after a couple tries without knowing what I’m doing. crossover can work weird w steam afaik, but the game used to work perfect a few months ago.

Tldr - last month peak changed unity versions which isn't supported by the default proton/crossover

Returned to Peak since the Roots update, got the Arachnophobia mod installed thinking it'll remove them, no, just made them invisible for me whilst others could still see and be grabbed by em Fucking paranoid. Honestly the new custom run thing shouldn't disable achievements if it's to remove Spiders, Scorpions, Beatles, etc.

i'm trying to use the hunter mod and it works perfectly fine for everyone else but for the host if im the hunter and the acmpfire is lit, i just wake up at the previous biome

and it wont load my next map

i have to use peaker to light the campfire and warp, which resets all the hunters

it's not too bad but just trying to see if I can fix it :P

Just press download through vortex on the mode on nexus you have chosen and it downloads. Then when you launch it through steam the mods should work
