A lot of people like sPEAKer, a mod that allows you to play your own music in game. Other people enjoy PEAKer or PeakUnlimited for increasing the player cap. There are so many more mods, and I haven't tried them all. They each improve the game in their own way

Yo will there ever be a mod manually shuffle your map seeds per run rather than replay the same seeds until the next day?
Would be great if there was a mod which automatically randomizes your seeds whenever u start, so that everything is always "new".

That could be a decent idea where maps would just go endlessly and there would be flares and campfire at helly

If at helly campfire is used, the wall opens and you go endlessly

If you use flare at the end, helly picks u all up

Because its endless, u should be able to use flare at any campfire, since it makes sense that u should be able to finish the run whenever

On normal mode, u can only get heli save by reaching the end

Because the game runs a check for a zone + for flare usage in that zone

They are "flags" which are being checked and if the checks are met = heli comes

IF you make a mod which enables this checks on ALL maps / stages of the map (by also adding a basket of flares on every map too)

Like I said, was just an idea how to finish the game "legit" at any stage, but escape > quit is more fair in that regard to avoid cheesing it, achievements arent even the point in this, the main point is to have an "endless" loop of zones which will cycle through.

The only way of how I can think of this becoming "endless" is, the moment that when people reach peak, the game will automatically reset and respawn u randomized biome with new seeds every reset / respawn.

I'd like my quick restart to change those after finishing kiln to new seeds which aren't in that day's rotation since if possible it would be great if they can pluck out a random one out of all stored ones in the game

Basically the main goal is map cycle variety so that it's always a different one every time u respawn

Host Only means that only the host needs to have the mod for effects of the mod to be visible for entire lobby

Client Side would mean that it affects only one client (the one with the mod)

1. you have to launch the game once with bepinex to create config folder if thats what youre missing.
2. Just delete bepinex and use a mod manager

r2 (the one pinned) doesnt use overwolf and doesnt have ads

I honestly quit playing because of Roots, I hate that map with a passion. Not only do I hate the map, but the jungle map it replaces is my second favorite. So roots popping up is a double whammy of an ef you.

I don't understand why the game devs don't just let you choose which Biomes to play in. Not like this game has a competitive league or public lobbies where the randomness is needed for balancing. You can only ever play in private lobbies unless you use mods.

A feature that lets you choose to start in a specific biome would be really nice too. The second to last biome is my favorite. There are times I want to play just to play that one, but don't have the time or energy to get there, especially when it means I'm going to have to go through roots to get there.

In no particular order,

• Is there a mod browser somewhere that actually has comment sections? I usually use those to help when I'm trying to figure out what mod I'm using wrong.
• One of the things I of course tried to do was download a metric ton of cosmetic mods, but it keeps inconsistently having issues where the preview will not match the cosmetic applied(afaik it's only hats doing this). Is this a known common issue and I'm just missing something obvious? I've spent a good few hours at this point toggling different cosmetic/hat mods on and off and I can't seem to narrow it down to a specific pack.
• Since passporpagination is depreciated, do I just force that disabled and run mods that otherwise require it since vanilla passports support pagination now?

Steps to download r2modman:

Step 1: Press 'Manual Download' (Pic 1)

Step 2: Right click the r2 download and click 'extract all' , choose desired location in the popup and press 'extract' (Pic 2)

Step 3: Once extracted, run the r2modman-setup application (Pic 3)
Your antivirus may flag this, it is safe to accept and run as long as you got it through one of the official pages.

Once setup, you can now use r2modman! Just select Peak, choose which mods you want, and have fun! 🙂

and work it out

theres so many mods that could cause it due to game changing updates

only way to weed them out is trial and error

e.g. if i had 12 mods.
I would have 6 enabled. See if the bug still occurs. If it does I would try with 3 of them.
If it doesnt, id try with 3 of the other 6

Their security measures are top notch. As with anything I download online I only download mods that have lots of downloads and have been around for at least a few days, cos nothing can ever be 100% guaranteed, but it comes as close as possible.

i use thunderstore mod manager and for some reason bepinex BUGS MY WHOLE GAME like the title screen turns into some weird thing i think a desert and then the airport bugs out completely no passport model no player head and the passport is also buggy and even in the actual gameplay everything bugs out like u cant see so much stuff

erm none that i know of. afaik Its to do with how the game now check if the scouts already in the game are close to a campfire with a used scout statue during a reconnect, which interferes with how anticheatreborn checks for modders

so maybe other similar mods are affected? but no other popular mods ive seen reporting it

Depends on the mods used. The tags on the mod page tell you

Host Only means that only the host needs to have the mod for effects of the mod to be visible for entire lobby

Client Side would mean that it affects only one client (the one with the mod)

All Clients requires that everyone in the lobby has the mod for it to function and display properly

You open the game with the mod then close it and on the side of thunderstore it should say configure on the side I think and you just have to click kinschaotixtrials and configure it
