peakversionbypass (Assuming it still works) lets you get past the 'out of date' message, but you'd need to find a way to install an older version of the game (youtube tutorials are out there). but realistically i'd just stick to the current version without piggyback and wait for a fix

check your hardware against the minimum requirements on the steam store page first just to make sure nothing else is going funky with your vulkan option...

but if its just because its under minimum requirements you can use geforceNOW -its a software that basically links you to a virtual machine to play games if you dont meet the minimum requirements. There is a free tier - game sessions are limited to 1 hour though, you can join back (if youre playing multiplayer) unlimited times afaik for free but there may be a queue.

shame, it was actually a rly cool mod when it worked.

they basically built a load of 3d towers on shore for the 'dropper' , so it acted as if you were in completely new territory but you were actually on shore all along

dx11 doesnt have the same built in bypass for modmanagers in bepin that -dx12 has because they made it before dx11 was an option

theres no mods that let you kick people (unless theyre running the same anticheat mod as you, but cheaters wont have those mods obvs)

kicking would require flooding them with packets which is against TOS for most mod websites as it causes server disruption and then the game themseleves might get in trouble with the server

I just tried out discplacement, I set it to cap at 2 uses although tbh it wasn't that useful aside from using a frisbee at the shore peak

especially when you'll have to blindly throw it and hope it lands on flat ground

gonna assume its bc of the Peakapalooza mod which does have the option to mix alpine and mesa together
not sure if this mod can work even if the player isn't host but lets say it does which would make sense as to why it occurred
the host may not have the mod but maybe one of the other players are using it and have the mix alpine and mesa option enabled

Peakapalooza also has the option to either force mesa or alpine but its more like "mesa" or "alpine"
let's say the daily is mesa, when the force alpine option is used its more like the map of alpine but still with the mechanics of mesa so instead of the expected blizzards you get the usual tornadoes, tumbleweeds, etc. of mesa and vice versa if the daily was alpine instead and the force mesa is used

Any time an item is picked up or dropped in the game, or even swapped to your hand, the game is constantly creating and deleting clones of the objects. Some mods don’t handle it properly
