I mean, rejoining in general is buggy af. Like, the game TRIES to place you in the last position it remembers of you, but oftentimes it leads to you slipping/getting flung to death before your eyes even open

Well, it doesnt happen the same for everyone, but to describe it, you either experience the hugest lag spike ever out of nowhere or your acreen goes black and VERY slowly you can see a ton of statuses appearing on your screen. If you're lucky and only lag ultra hard the lag stops when the affected players leave. Its EXTREMELY rare tho

I think KinsChaoticTrials and Scoutmasters_Rampage are compatible with each other since I've seen several large lobbies in the LFG chat use them. I don't think you would want to combine MoreAscents with other mods, but that's entirely up to you

be wary of rain/blizzard etc making u unable to escape from bombs

be wary of climbing in general as the bombs drop in a line in the direction you face, meaning if they drop while ur climbing, theres often a dynamite at the top waiting for you

also be conscious of blizzard safe areas, u want a decent amount of space, as otherwise the dynamites will fall and bounce around and make it doomed

super fun mod, i like it way more than a5+ cuz u dont feel the urge to do boring night strats (waiting for night at campfire, passing out, etc) and u always have to keep moving

tho theres nothing stopping u from comboing ascents with airstrikes lol

we were talking about this over in bug reporting,and while i get why theres a need for a kick feature, peka iss like a 1 hr game, not an among us lobby where it doesnt matter if you get kicked.... i can see the trolls just changing to be lobby hosts instead and kicking people just as theyre about to reach the peak. i think a kick button in airport only could be a good idea, cos you could do your usual cheat checks and kick there

I know Vortex has always been kind of buggy and is in the process of being phased out. If you are not looking to curate a collection of your own, then the Nexus App is in beta and seems to be superior from my tests but you would have to check if Peak is supported on it yet. I found other than really complex collections it worked better in every way.

I found a mod that disables the penalty, but that nullifies the incentive to survive, so it's not a perfect solution. A smaller debuff would be nice.

If it turns out that you don't want to bother with this mod, then you can write some rough instructions - someone, including me in the future, might be motivated enough to make the mod.
But again, it is awesome that there are still the devs around.

photon error is just caused by anything that can cause disconnection errors to the server. If a mod puts more strain on the server (e.g. the more players added to the game with a 20 person mod), it could cause more frequent photon disconnects yes
