if you play with the More Peak mod, Level_8 in the level entry field gives you a mesa with the tomb entrance that is not blocked off by geometry inside, just confirmed it with a friend of mine. we didn't play through the whole thing so i don't know if there's any issues later on though. i'll update this when we play through it fully later today

@gritty spire in vanilla - after climbing the 50m you need to run out of stamina and begin to fall. If you dont run out of stamina then the check for 50m wont trigger and so you wont get the achievement, therefore an infinate stamina mod wouldnt work :)

  • so to get the badge, climb the 50m and then continue climbing until you run out of stamina and begin to slip, do not get to a safe platform or stop climbing before you start to fall :)

have you tried running the thunderstore version through dx12? you need to change the launch parameters in the thunderstore mod manager to '-dx12' (without quotations) Otherwise thunderstore defaults to using vulkan

Does anyone know what's going on here? When I am playing modded Peak through thunderstore and record clips, my video is all stuttery and broken but when I do it vanilla it's completely fine. I think it's an issue with Vulkan because whe I play vanilla it's using DX11.

personally I can't see any error messages there, but my exp is that it can happen if a mod collide with another one. Do you play with people that manage to play with those? if not, you can try to uninstall 1 at a time and test to see if you find 1 of the mods breaking it.

jokes aside...especially in todays society...never underestimate the power of the law of copyrighted material...its the number 1 cause lately for mod communities being shutdown across the globe

pretty sure since ive been gaming and modding since the 90s...ive never seen a mod community shutdown due to its own free will...rather it typically ran into sum sort of legality issue...typically copyright issues.

and as sumone who ran their own website from the age of 15-18...I can tell you from first hand experience...its better to be ahead of copyright issues on your website than it is to just sit around a see what happens with it

so when you open thuderstore download the mod and go to edit config

#

then once you there click BepInEx/config/DAa Mods/PEAKChoice/config.cfg and hit edit config
