i think the balancing of the feature is so good it didn't even need to be opt out
70hunger 10 curse makes it something that will only happen if you're new to the game or struggling in kiln and that is what they wanted. It's not supposed to be a pvp feature. (neither is burning food)

after you click peak press "select profile" and then you can check out any mods you'd like to download. To run the game with the mods you'll need to click "start modded"

I've been using it for yeeeeeeears and never gotten a single troja, malaware or other, just false positives from mods that happened to use processes that confuse virus scanners. did something happen recently? You can set max number of scouts in the Peaker config. I don't think it lets you kick though, just prevent people from joining again if you block them. I don't know of one that kicks people.

Like I don't know about you but if I'm in the freaking caldera and I survive a cheater/hacker's first blow, I would much rather be able to kick/ban them and try to still beat the game rather than deal with the tropics again

Apologies if this has been asked, but I couldn't find anything with a bit of searching (the fact that the game has a mechanic called 'Fog' doesn't help.)
I'm looking for a mod menu that will allow me to fly and look at the mountain without the visual 'fog' effect you get when looking at it from afar. But the menus I find don't list a function that can do that, only flying (along with tons of other stuff.) What do people use to get those screenshots of the whole mountain crystal clear?

You sit in front of elevator and when they join anticheat will say their cheating and then you quickly black screen them/soft lock them and other stuff which makes them leave especially if you tell them you are banning them right before everyone should be doing this hosts just have to not abuse

HDPeak doesn't seem to have something like that, though I can still try it.
And the "No Fog" mods remove the actual fog mechanic, the one that chases you, not the 'atmospheric fog' that covers the mountain

Mods don't mess with joining lobbies, pretty much all of them are client side for this game, it doesn't have the "mismatching mod list "issue

When you launch modded/bepin it puts you on vulkan which can cause that problem
