The thing about not sharing ban lists is that you gotta restart the lobby X amount of times, where X is the number of cheaters during your uptime.
That's a big number. Not many people are willing to have their experience ruined X amount of times before things get decent.
Just ask trusted hosters for their lists in PMs if you plan to host.
