i am 90% sure the spore damage caps at 40 from a single bite. ive gotten bitten and walked it off several times before.

I'd imagine the slingshot item has maybe five uses? You shoot it and a small rock hits where you aim, so you could knock over other players, knock over monsters, drop coconuts, funguses, etc out of trees/walls, it'd be pretty cool using it to remotely activate dynamite, explosive spore clusters, geysers, or the weird flowers in the alpine.... but maybe if it was THAT useful then it would only have four or three uses instead of five

And yesterday, I played with Putstart in Ascent 6 (in random map mod), he climbed up the Klin taking that heavy Idol at the same time, no balloon, no chest opening and no equipment using. I believe they could achieve four stupid coconuts challenge as long as they can take those balloons, but they won't. hey, could I ask for some tips about how to deal with zombies? I've got a bit of a phobia and apparently even Peak's super cute zombies trigger it... I just got so scared by a zombie in game that I straight up jumped down the mountain to my death T-T

Zombies wake up, when you get close to them. Try to intentionally wake them on a ledge, where you have plenty of space to move.

To dispose of a zombie (temporarily) stand next to the edge and let them approach before side stepping their leap, signaled by a short sprint burst towards you. Outclimbing them is possible too, but more dangerous and demanding.

You can also stun them with items that have the ability to do so, when thrown e.g. coconut, Jonathan Frisbee, Antidote etc.
That can work especially, when they try to scale a steep wall, if you have an angle for it.

They expire eventually on their own and die a second time basically.

shore middle left, tropics use the vines at the start to the left and get onto the first outcropping then go to the main mountain, alpine is middle then around 1/3 of the way up swap to the left side of the cave, caldera, run middle left-ish, kiln, run left till the bridges the swap to the right rear side, I had to use chain launcher, then stay at the back until it opens up then you gotta bare spot at the top, I had to use energy drink and lolipop to get to the top area

Anyone find a good path for roots today?

I have though the route is somewhat tricky, alot of spores in the air and a few items notably a rope launcher, lolipop and antidote are required

if you want to give a try go around the middle left and you'll see the route is through spores

which you have to tank

as you get further up you will spot this tree platform, you will need a rope launcher to be able to climb it

nearby this mushroom... I'll try get a screenshot to better help

This is the route near the bottom I took

I'll try get back to the other area I was talking about, the one requiring the rope launcher

Once you managed to get up onto the white mushroom, via by the vine closest to the bouncing muhsroom, use a lolipop on top of the mushroom to get the right corner as fast as you can'

make sure you quickly climb up from the right and to the left onto the the jumping shroom, avoid the spider and quickly jump onto the mushroom platform and you should be safe

Okay this is the area Im talking about, just follow the path down there through the spores and you should find this platform on top of a giant mushroom platform

You need a rope launcher for this one, otherwise you might not be able to climb this one unless an alternative exists

You can either get up there with the vines or climbing up the platform, than you gotta shoot that specific spot in the second screenshot and on that platform my cursor is at in order to be able to climb onto that wooden platform

oh and to the left climb across and go onto the vine and you pretty much are at the top at that point

That took forever

I did accidentally find an alternative path, so its entirely possible to just climb around the right side, I think before the big platform and just navigate to the right till you reach the border than you should be able to climb to the top
