ok so when you first reach roots, there's 3 red mushrooms next to a tree with a wooden platform around it. get on the wooden platform, drink your milk and jump down at the red bouncing mushrooms and start ragdolling with the play dead emote. That's what gave it to me.

it's quite easy to do on ttoday's map, just find some milk and then, when you reach Roots, there's 3 red bouncing mushrooms close to the start right next to one of the big trees with the wooden platform around it. Get on the platform, drink your milk and jump down to the mushroom and ragdoll as you do. That's how I got it

red heals, green hides your stamina bar, yellow gives you infinite stamina for a bit I think? one inverts controls, one makes you fart but I forgot which was which between the blue and purple ones
