For anyone reading: once you get to the boulder you need to no clip through get your two feet in the bottom left corner ( don’t have them spread) and then shift, w key, and jump spam while also spamming your backpack. You’ll no clip in. It might take a minute but you’ll get it. It kinda happens all at once there’s no “progress” in the sense of oh half your body is in but you need to no clip the other half through. It just happens immediately like youll be doing the spamming and all the sudden get a big push through

tnt and scorpions are a minor annoyance at worst if you understand them

Make sure you grab the lantern at the start. Look out for more lanterns (of both kinds), heat packs, scorch berries, Cure all, portable stoves, and even Pandoras lunchbox could potentially be useful.
You'll also want to try moving as fast as you can to limit how many nights you have to deal with.

Is the scoutmaster filter suppose to stay on like this or is it a glitch? My friend was stuck at the bottom of the tomb but I had to keep moving to find food or I was going to die. Had to wait for her to die of starvation but the filter was still there and the ghosties basically had to lead me out blind. I got about 98% through the mesa thanks only to my friends before I got disconnected and reconnected killed me before I even loaded in so that was fun...

kiln was one of the easiest kilns I've ever had!! But 1-2 chain launchers and 1-2 pitons were very helpful (was playing multiplayer with a beginner). Solid luggage.

Yes! I anticipate it's to add interest and variety to each day's seed. Scarity -> exciting when it's open. But it's true that it can cause frustration as well
It's random 50/50 chance, but the fact that they programmed in a 50% randomness instead of always having it open is a game design choice. It's meant to be an extra challenge to traverse the tomb, and it makes the ability to get the golden Blingbong idol scarce.

Very very frustrating when it's your last achievement to complete for almost 2 weeks and it just hasn't been open that whole time. That's why they increased it to 50% odds now. AND YET IT'S STILL NOT OPEN TODAY HA HA HA

Yes normally it would NOT be impossible for a whole 2 weeks. Instead, an average of 2-4 days. The alpine glitch and the old 25% to open has made it VERY tough thus far
But from here, it should be simpler and more common. Again, mesa is every other day, and every other mesa (roughly) should have an open tomb. so something beteen 2-6 days, usually. Still very scarce, but better at least?

It's better but I wish they would implement a skill aspect to opening the tomb instead of just chance because like it's been shown previously - the RNG could just be completely out of your favour. I feel like maybe if you bring bing bong and go to the tomb in a short amount of time or something, it should unlock and you can exchance your bing bong for the gold one. Just something difficult or challenging to have another option of accessing the tomb
