Just went ahead and double checked for you and I managed to clear all the harder parts without even using bonus stamina. The main issue is knowing where you need to go to find a footing for some of them, as they aren't readily apparent.

i finished my ascent 7 today kiln was fairly easy

A good example is this spot right here which is near to the bottom. You can't really see that hold from anywhere until you're up there but when you know where it is it's easier to make a direct path to it. This particular one it's probably best to climb up the wall like shown then when you reach the rock let go of the wall then try to grab it from below as close to the edge as possible then finish the climb up.

When you get used to the terrain generation there and have a better idea of what you're looking for to progress you'll find it much easier. Like the climbing part of Mesa is some of the easiest climbing you'll do outside of the start of the Kiln and the end of the Kiln. Always be looking up in Mesa!

Check out my guide, bro. It’s specifically about crossing the rift in the middle of the desert by shooting yourself with the cannon and landing on the other side. It’s a very specific spot, so you won’t get it if you shoot yourself from just anywhere

submerged in water is "in the air" according to the game. you can find a high point in Shore, chuck it into the water, retrieve it, and that should work
