i was playing with my duo trying to get the antlion badge and he successfully got bit and got out, I on the other hand got bit 4x and passed out. He had to fish me out of the pit and get a medkit and I was still able to get teh badge

ropes and chainguns do work to get you up just lil hard since the antlion flings you a bit
