I'm actually not that surprised.
The current speed-run meta relies more on consumable energy items like Energy Drinks, Sports Drinks, and Lollypops.
Other items are generally too heavy for their use cases, unless there is a well-timed chain launcher in the kiln to be used immediately.
But speed-runners can't (shouldn't) rely on luck like that. It more comes down to climb path knowledge/ practice.
