I dont think i can do that. I didnt fall once in that run. Only time saves i can think of were better traversing when my lava was lowered, and not going for the ancient chest in the ice cave (I didnt use the item i got). Everything else i felt like i did pretty good.

Uh if you're willing to risk your run and feel confident. Honestly just run in caldera, even if the lava is starting to rise you still have a good 1-4 second window and the fire isn't too bad as long as you don't have any other issues with your stam bar

But yeah, this is a great time for solo and an amazing personal best, I aspire to get somewhere close to it. Congrats scout, you did it

I will say i was also going for no fall damage. So i wasnt taking massive risks. I think the fall damage I took was when i grabbed a chain trying to get over the lava but im not sure to be honest. I was both focused/listening to youtube videos to not stress. I failed like 4 runs in the final climb because i got greedy with energy drinks

What ive learned, take your time and figure out where you are going next while your energy regens. Rushing killed 4 of my solo runs. Eat every food you open from boxes, even if not hungry. That extra bar of energy is really useful

If you want you can just work out a path on tenderfoot then go up to the difficulty you want. Pathing is hard, but you can get used to it. Look out for potential edges but also don't risk / greed too much. If it isn't looking possible with about 80% of available stam, go back down as safe as possible. Look to the sides as well, up isn't always the only option, down too, sometime going down leads to better paths up. Make sure to prioritize the right tools, ones you feel comfortable using, I personally don't like lolipops or rope launchers that much but do like energy drink and chain launchers, to each their own. Pitons are usually useful too. Having a medkit in quick inv slot can be good for clutching a bad fall, the second you start falling and there isn't anywhere to grab switch to it and start using and hope it works in time

Caldera is WAY too easy honestly. I hope they buff it. You just run on the hot rocks all the way and its over

Base difficulty: Fog will start to rise at a certain height on each biome, you need to light the campfire to stop it. It will inflict frost effect if it reaches you. After lighting Alpines campfire there is no more fog, you do not get a new sash for peaking

I have a theory about him, In the scoutbook he wrote Rule 0 is not to abandon other scouts. If you go too far ahead (ie abandoning others) He can spawn to hunt you. He also looks rugged like he was also abandoned. So now he hunts scouts that abandon others
