I always struggled with getting past the Jungle Biome. Once I made it through, I knew there was no turning back on this run. The final ascent had my heart pumping and my hands clammy as heck. I couldn't take breaks as my hunger was growing at the end. I was terrified I would somehow trip and fall down the hole. I ironically kept my relic of anti-rope grappling gun until because I was always worried there might be another patch which I needed it. So I deployed it at the peak!

I don't think I'll ever make it back to the Peak again. x_X

Quick question about thorn roots on tropic biome:

I know there can be roots with spike but also one without any on them. And you can walk safely on those without any spikes on them (tho I have yet to see both of them spawn at the same time and it's either one or the other that appear each day from my experience)

But the question is: are they different terrain entirely or are spikes a features meaning we can safely walk on spikes roots if we avoid any contact with the actuals spike or even if there is no spikes on a large enough area to fit our characters, we'll still take poison.

TL:DR are poisons spikes what gives poisoning in the tropics or is it the root itself
