Yeah, 2d animation is a way bigger mountain to conquer. like with 3d, as you know, in-between frames, but with 2d you're doing every single smear/frame/step/movement in the whole animation

yeah exactly. making 3d models is also jsut not as familiar to me, and honestly i dont enjoy animating in 3d all that much either, so its either 2d frame by frame or 2d rigs, but i much prefer frame by frame

i like frame by frame animation, it is very fun, but extremely time consuming and occasionally difficult, though i've been doing it for a very long time
