for the repo nerds, he's a human formerly from the human group who got attacked by trudge and was found half dead by the semibots. they took him in, taxman replaced his mangled arm and leg with semibot style prosthetics, and now he works for the taxman to pay off his debts for the prosthetics and new tech. he's also a bit of a mechanic in this one too.

i can't tell if normal peak nomad would vibe with this guy or hate his guts, but it's one or the other.
