Some good news I heard is Miyamoto I think is gonna retire and looking to bring someone else to take on the Zelda mantle so I'm excited for hopefully a new take on the series.

You could try starting with felt ones if you get the chance as felt won't fray so one thing less to worry about. You can make very cute mascot style characters with it too that you can put on a bag or something and they are small and don't take as much time😺 💜
