I'm redoing a in digital a trad drawing I did not long ago and there's just my thumb in the corner of my paper sketch. It's stupid but I find it funny

I hope y’all don’t mind yapping, if we do then I’ll get rid of this but I made a new guy so here’s the gist of him as short as I could make it, I’m super nervous about posting this but I like how he’s turning out. He’s honestly planned more as a game mechanic than an OC right now but I’ll fix that later on. Anyways he’s summoned by opening a specific explorers luggage in Mesa, it’s possible to tell if a luggage is the one or not based on the shuffling you’ll hear and see after waiting a moment before trying to open it. If you open his luggage the threat is delayed, rather than killing you outright he stalks/hunts you through the rest of the Mesa applying a boosted hunger debuff that’ll slow you down. Once you’re within resourcefulness range he’ll come after you and consume you himself (it plays out the same as being cannibalized does, you just turn into a skeleton.) The way to avoid being eaten is to feed him a certain level of food and above (cooked marshmallow is the baseline.) You feed him like you would another player and have a decent amount of time to do so when he approaches. I’ll get him an actual story and all that later, I just had the idea of mouth in the Mesa hat cloth (it’s probably got a proper name but I don’t know it so apologies) and wanted to make a mimic style guy out of it.

There's actually a little brain science for this; because of how scratchy and messy the sketch tends to be, your brain fills in/ automatically dictates what it sees and it sees a highly detailed elaborate drawing because of all those extra lines and smudge. When tracing on digital, you lose that "mess" of smudge and lines in favor of the smooth clean line, which tricks your brain into thinking there's less detail
