I'm not sure if you know this trick or not, but I use something like this when I work with arms, circles to indicate shoulder and hand, line connecting the two, and a line in the center to mark where you want your elbow, helps me a lot to make sure the forearm or upper arm isnt too long

before you ask, first art professor refused to actually teach me anything, and actively was throwing me out of class repeatedly because i'm selective mute and she was refusing to work with me even with accommodations in place. Required a confrontation from my counselor and 2 members of the college admin to make her stop and let me actually attend class. and even then, she didn't actually teach anything. It was just one singular art project that she was forcing us to drag on for the entire semester.

Likely because my art fundamentals 2 class was combined with the Model Drawing class due to both classes having a low student population that semester. And firing her would have forced them to cancel the class because while there were two professors, one of the professors was serving as the model for the Model Drawing students and would have not been able to teach the Art Fundamentals class to a acceptable level. And he was not willing to cheat around that unlike the other professor who caused trouble
