i wanna draw a fanart but i consistantly have on issue

my line art

is bad

however i have heard that there is a way to have lines that are "smoother"

its just my line art is a bit shacky cus uh... hands. my hands do not like me

so, yeah, if anybody knows HOW to turn on that smoothing feature (in krita if possible) that would be amazing to know twt

I use Krita, I was reading up on some of this today. If it's like the lines themselves aren't looking good sometimes there's an anti-aliasing setting in brush settings and also an auto spacing.

But if you're talking about that feature that tries to smooth the actual brush strokes in the top right in tool options there's brush smoothing. I was using Stabilizer with a delay of 15 and I believe the default sample count of 54. The delay is how soon the brush will start following your brush and the sample count is how much smoothing it will try to put on.

So many times I messed up lines, but then I just kept going, erased the messed up section, and rebridged the lines back together.

I've been looking around, and in the steam files there is this banner called library_hero, and on the steam announcement https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/3527290/view/544486109101425491 there is a different image that is slightly taller, but lower resolution, and the library_header that appears to be the whole artwork, but at a very low resolution.
