I didn't want that one either. It's cause I was playing with my friend, but I got disconnected during the winter mountans. I managed to get back to where I got disconnected and continued playing the game. After reaching the peak, because the game only counted the new session, it said I finished the game in 44 minutes and got the under 1 hour badge.

You hold S, and you have to immediately grab onto the rope and release from it, you press E to grab and space to release. I don't know if it's intended, but misfortune found out about it. I would only do the double jump (all you have to do is spam space when getting it the rope, you get a jump that costs 0 stamina )

Bhop, double jumping off of walls, low stamina lunge into low extra extra stamina lunge, the climbing without stamina is just lunging.

So there's différent ways of bhopping

the fastest one is holding shift and pressing space as soon as your crosshair turns from - to . (there's also the sound cue from you hitting the ground )

there's bhopping without using extra stamina, which you have to jump without holding shift, then hold shift mid air (not all that useful)

there's the spam shift and space with lollipop to have no cooldown lunges too.
