Imo the spores are the most annoying thing which is easily remedied by the antidote. When its roots I keep one on hand if I can and use it best I can. Or save milk for rushing those spore areas to the top. Once u learn the avoid or work through the poison the rest is pretty easy just long like mesa

What’s the hardest badge to get in peak?

Currently the rarest achievement is the Applied Esoterica Badge but the hardest badge at the moment imo is probably something like the 24 Karat badge which has you getting golden bing bong and throwing him into the kiln's lava

My reasons are because getting to golden bing bong requires you needing to get to the mesa, then finding the tomb, getting through the tomb, getting golden bing bong from the tomb all the way to the kiln, and throwning him in. He's incredibly heavy too and while he does have great benefits he also takes up like 1/5 or 1/6 of your stamina by weight alone

(The hardest ones are usually reliant on rng but if we're talking pure skill alone it's probably this or the leave no trace badge)
