Wild thing happened yesterday: I used the Scoutmaster's Bugle at Caldera bc I had a flag and knew I could keep the bonus stamina when I died, but I just. kept running in circles around a pillar as the Scoutmaster chasing me, and he couldn't get me for a long time bc his AI was prioritizing climbing over running. Then when he finally got me, he kept trying to throw me on the floor, but I kept taking no damage bc the terrain was too awkward for him to slam me. So he just kept doing it until i despawned and i took no damage at all

Today i start game again, and beach is exactly same as yesterday. It feels like it loaded beach save instead of new map.
is it now single map per update? if its a bug, how do I start todays run, not yesterdays?

guys i got a question, i just started the game after a while and i got here, so i apparently missed a lot, what is asc? like when people lfg says asc 1/ any number what does it means?

if host is your friend - they can invite you using terminal
if host is not your friend - they can sometimes generate join url that starts with steam: //joinlobby/. You copypaste this url in browser and browser redirects you to lobby through steam

theyre difficulties you unlock after beating the PEAK difficulty

asc are ascents

they go up to 7 so when someone says "asc 1" they mean ascent 1

aka the first difficulty you unlock after beating the base game

this update was not needed for the resuce claw

it was super fun to launch myself and go far with the momentum but now if i let go of the claw i stop nearly instantly. other than that i do like this update for the most part
