I think Tenderfoot should tone down a lot of the Roots stuff, like the magnitude of wind and how many hostile entities there are. Idm it normally but trying to play with more casual friends it doesn't feel like an accomplishment getting to the top when there's so much going on they mostly just ragdoll the whole way up.

I do like it on other difficulties, or maybe a more casual difficulty than Tenderfoot, idk, just my opinion

That answer would probably differ from person to person but imo it's the badges for clearing the mesa and alpines without getting a certain amount of hot/cold

No, nothing in this game is really hard. I just think they are more difficult than other badges but also can be easily gotten by using book of bones or just dying at the beginning of the biome then getting revived at the end

There's certain patterns and things you'll start to recognize. I've always struggled with finding dead ends but I'm getting better at avoiding them by looking around at the bigger picture as opposed to what's immediately infront of me
