Depends on how long the climb is. If it is short enough for a double lunge then do that and if it is a long climb then backflip tech is good as the others said

Just today I realized how much I suck at the game after looking at all the techs there are, the only one I discovered on my own and used is the double lunge.

The cactus throw seems absolutely insane.

And then very quickly grab and lunge inmediately

Not really worth if you have extra stamina as you save nothing like that.

So it's most useful when you have no extra stamina.
