Yes but it's always worth it to cook them still. It adds 4 seconds of effect duration. Just look straight up and you won't go flying anywhere, just planted onto the ground for a moment.

That being said, don't combine lollipops and energy drinks. Not worth it

It's more efficient to use them separately. Dolphin climb with lollipops, lunge spam with energy drinks

This makes certain circumstances like walking across hot rocks or lava dangerous.

Also, when stung by a scorpion, holding up the ancient idol only pauses the poison, it does not let the timer for poison run out.
Making the immunity a bit goofy.

it does when the idol at times for some reason stop working, or you get into a situation where holding the idol is too heavy and makes you pass out (again making the immunity aspect feel spotty).

I held the idol for roughly a minute, still got more poison.
It felt more like the timer for the scorpion was getting paused until you put the idol away than blocking the damage.

as for the weight i mean the idol used to be much heavier before a patch so idk if it should be much a problem

In my experience in the past, I held the idol while in a fiery place. At some point the idol just stops blocking damage. When I put it away and take it back out, it blocks damage again.

I rarely bother to deal with getting that darn idol and it has been unreliable in my experience.

The challenge is interesting, but frustrating when things like that happen.

Every time you join a lobby make sure it's after a fresh load of the game. If you're in one lobby (including solo), leave to main menu then join a different lobby, audio issues consistently happen.

Beanstalk will grow directly outward from the surface it's attached to. My strategy is to get as close to an edge without falling as I can, then gently drop it onto the slope of the cliff at my feet. Most times the result is an upward bridge you can just walk across
