Look for a 'bunch of balloons' in the shore, getting one early means you're halfway there already. I would recommend resetting if you don't get them early. Otherwise, pirate's compass and search for every luggage (manually looking for them works too)
Since once you have 3 balloons, need either another bunch or -if you're unlucky- 3 sets of 1 balloon

So you can hide near trees and in crevices as you cross the horizontal part. you won’t have to worry as much once you get in the vertical sections. Lanterns will remove any cold you do get. Otherwise it’s pretty standard.
I also don’t think any of the berries are poisonous.
Oh there are also heat pads you can find in luggage to brave the wind.

for that one, you can find a mushroom that is close to a tall tree, wall or a vine. once you jump on a shroom, you can climb higher using previously mentioned objects

Do it while in the main menu, not the airport. If nothing happens the lobby is full

its a matter of movement tech mastery and route planning tbh. I did get some rescue claw to skip some of the parts too. Mostly Mesa's maze like path (I despise those)
