Does someone have tips for getting past tropics/roots and alpine/mesa. I NEVER got past the alpine/mesa before and 99% of the time i don't get past tropics/roots. I mostly play solo but like my only problem is finding A WAY UP

If one way doesn't look doable theres probably another if you travel sideways, keep a little bonus stamina at all times, and always hold at least 1 healing item, 1 tool, and 1 food where possible

if climbing that one path seems impossible. backtrack, always backtrack try another path, see if this path has lot of ledges you can stand on. Right side of the mountain is a dead end? go down and try left

Is this the water hole with the waterfall? If so you can mash an item in your inventory to get upright which can put you in a better position against the beetles
