if you just grab a vine without jumping you end up getting stuck against the vine, and guess what happens when you jump off of the vine and try to readjust? that's right, you won't grab the wall and tumble down!

Not sure if it will help your situation out at all but if you do grab a vine without jumping you can double press space bar and jump off of it. This will give you some more height at the end

i remember from playing yesterday, that once youve followed the cave on the inside all the way up (to p much the top) theres a beehive on the left of the cave exit

just follow the natural path to thr top once youve come out the cave and you'll see it

I always try to do stupid stuff called climbing the mountain blind on asc6 🥀

and not using tools

and then I never beat the mountain

Todays mountain isnt bad

I peaked sub hr twice and barely overr an hour once

One sub hour was on ascent 1

Didnt try anything harder than that

Imo absolutely doable on harder ascents

my last Naturalist/Leave No Trace A7 was almost a week ago

currently theres a bug, if youre climbing inside (where weather wouldnt usually affect you), AND its raining, you can pause still half way up a wall and regain your stamina

Gonna spoiler for people who dont wanna know
|| i found the easiest part is taking the left side from the base and climbing up pretty much as far as you can until you hit that cave thats towards the middle. If you swing around towards the entrance theres a gap between 2 big flat spaces with a vine- jump to the vine and proceed through the cave and wrap around back to the outside, hang moree to the left side still and its p much a straight shot, just watch the bombs ||

(Hopefully thats descriptive enough)
