Anyway, when you have low stamina (basically when you would do a last minute lunge), just look upwards and ungrab/regrab the wall, and then lunge just after you re grab. You need to be looking at the point you want to grab, so if you aim too high you won't grab the wall, and if you aim too low it won't be as effective

If you're on a4+ and you choose the starter flare as your permanent item, you aren't allowed to use it at the top basically

So you'd have to get lucky and find one. Just pick a different item as your perma and take the flare with you normally
