hi peak people, i figured out how to do the ultimate badge solo, since throwing into the water doesn't work anymore i eventually figured out how to install the fly mod and how to make a 100% consistent set-up, and it took about 30 practice runs of throw--fly--catch before i got the achievement

I'm probably late, of course, but the Roots biome marathon ended this week and I just wanted to sum it up.

Roots:

Wind
Beetles
Spiders
Zombies
Spore Clouds
Bombshrooms

All of these traps severely injure and kill the player.
At the same time, the good old Tropics:

Rain
Poison Ivy plants
Bombshrooms

Neither rain nor poisoned plants are a serious obstacle. Bombshrooms are found in both biomes.

I'm just curious about the principle the developers used to create the Roots biome. What's the point of creating such a grueling location, especially number 2? Roots is certainly interesting in its own way, but in terms of the entire game's route and in comparison to Tropics, it's a very complex location. Why try to get through it when you can just wait for Tropics?
Perhaps the authors mentioned this nuance somewhere? I think this is too much and the biome needs to be nerfed for the benefit of the players.
