Not trying to 'make this game competitive' but... I think it'd be cool if there was like a 'daily leaderboard' that like, it would reset with the map everyday and show who's done the current map the fastest, groups of people it would show a list of names and like you could 'click' and see how the 'progress' looked in each one like that little thing at the end that shows you how everyone climbed. You could easily tell if someone like used a glitch cause of the sudden rapid going up.

Your biggest worry is the tornado in the first half throwing you in to a cactus or 100mph tumbleweeds

not hearing others is due to a desync between the game and voice servers afaik. Its more common if you live in different regions ect, but very rare if you live close by
