Spider tech is huge for horizontal movement and the idea behind it can be used for several things. For example, if you grab a wall looking slightly down then just keep letting go and re-grabbing you will slowly climb but use less stamina than regular climbing. It's slow so I don't typically use it but it is an effective way to add 1-2m to a climb

The way to think of it.. Storms have an interval, and you do have some time.. If on Tenderfoot, run. Go to a crevice BEFORE a storm. Hangout. Let storm hit n pass. Rinse and repeat until you're in the mountain/protected by it (pretty much protected til you hit the top and storms stop mattering)

Its probably due to the fact you CAN go to lower diffficulties where you don't need to complain of those issues. Environmental hazards are a part of how the game sets a "base" difficulty. It rewards adapting to the biomes unique difficulties

Technically just an easier build for people who struggle in souls/need a solid dmg build. Bleed chunks for %maxhp. Higher the hp, higher the bleed dmg. So Fire giant, best way to chunk.

Big thing :Tenderfoot = no zombies. Zombie spawns (typically) end up in spore cloud areas

so, unless you are on tenderfoot, zombies will spawn around the players in predetermined locations. the locations are scattered around the floor of the roots biome and there are some in the pink spore clouds

it usually means your gpu doesnt meet the minimum requirements, you can try:

• Launching on vulkan instead of dx
• Setting texture quality to low
• Updating your graphics drivers
