If you've already tried reinstalling your game....

it usually means your gpu doesnt meet the minimum requirements, you can try:

-Launching on vulkan instead of dx
-Setting texture quality to low
-Updating your graphics drivers

but if none of the above work then sadly your pc is probably just under minimum requirements and you'd need to use GeForceNOW to see all the textures

first check steam input settings to make sure everything is fine in there, if that looks fine then try setting the input format of her mic in Windows Sound Settings (under Control Panel > Sound > Recording tab > Properties > Advanced) to a 2-channel, 44100 Hz or 48000 Hz format as this is whats needed for most proximity chat games
