the only way I did it was by planning my route beforehand and learning from mistakes honestly. You’re gonna have like a fraction of the stamina so recognize you’re gonna have to take some paths that have more ledges than usual. try to keep a full second bar if you can, that will help out.

don't cook rope lol. most things give a stamina boost for cooking before using but some things like ropes and pitons just stop working entirely

yeah, it happens from time to time, sometimes the game moves things through objects on accident, sometimes it throws people on accident.

you might be able to minimize the risk if you give yourself some space between you and the backpack
