Bro, I have watched people walk into the sign blocking the main entrance at work after regular hours, stare at it saying the door is closed and to go through the ER entrance, walk past it and push open the double doors, and then turn back around disappointed that the exterior main doors are locked.

Sometimes it makes sense. The tiny panel ye wave your hand in front of to open some doors is not super noticeable, so I get why folks don't spot it sometimes.

But sometimes it is a standing sign physically blocking the doors, and the doors have papers on them, and the automatic doors do not open when approached, and people still push through them.

Mesa doesn't punish you as hard as Alpines, but it can be hard to navigate and it's higher than Alpines which will make you do stoopid things at the night

The most important part of climbing faster is learning to identify good routes faster. Most people waste a lot of time getting stuck and backtracking or suffering from falls attempting bad routes.

Another big issue that costs a lot of people time is constantly trying to go for every piece of food or luggage no matter how far it is. They aren't all worth the time you invest in going to them.

For the endurance badge you need to climb 50 meters and drain all of your stamina and slip back down for it to register, I recommend an energydrink and maybe a lollipop even with full extra stam bar for it

Nah on aggrocrabs tiktok they stated they keep it in on purpose because so many people like it and think its fun.
Which I think is kind of shitty since they keep ''fixing'' the fog walls so you couldn't finish the game with just 1 cannon in less than a minute but every time they've 'fixed' it the bug has still been doable to finish the game in a minute or so

Also the fact that a lot of people have complained about randoms joining in LFG to do the bug, causing them to get the achievements etc they didnt have because of one troll

I personally don't think it's a good bug to keep in the game but it is what it is

First point, yeah i do agree with however...
If you get the speedrun badge and arent playing ascents, then you can wait until night time to counter the majority of the mesa's issues
The scorpions are easy to avoid, so are the antlions, tornadoes are generally easy to dodge too. Tumbleweeds CAN be a problem i will give you that
As for the mountain itself theyre generally roughly the same in terms of difficulty, mesa has pickaxes, alpines has rusted pitons
Mesa has dynamite and scorpions, Alpines has cold rocks and ice cabbage

Imo alpines is better if you are trying to beat the game faster and in a safer environment, especially since the blizzard wont reach you half the time while climbing
Where as the mesa is better for casual climbing or if you just want a bit of a challenge for your run :D

Im not gonna talk about badges/achievements because i feel like thats dumb as every achievement is obtainable in tenderfoot so it kinda ruins the "difficulty"
