You can play with people who have unlocked higher ascents than you, and if anyone completes that higher ascent, everyone in the lobby will get every sash that comes with the unlocked ascents and unlock every ascent up to the ascent that was completed

Becuase you get damaged and burned when you touch it. But it apparantly is not hot enough to keep you warm in the cold lol.

Moreover, does ascent 5's cold night somehow affect you when you are in the caldera or kiln?
If yes, then how does that make sense when you are in a place where the floor is lava??
And if no, then why can it not apply to the lava "snakes" that fall in Tropics and Alpine on occasion?
