I had an idea for the ascents
What if we swapped the gimmick of ascent 7 to ascent 1?

So it would become
Ascent 1 - Perma death
Ascent 2 - More fall damage
Ascent 3 - More hunger drain
Ascent 4 - More item weight
Ascent 5 - No flares
Ascent 6 - Cold debuff at night
Ascent 7 - Increased stamina usage

I feel like itd be better this way as it makes ascents in general more punishing and still allows for ascent 7 to be a challenge :3

yes, except sometimes they randomly decide they want to play the ascents for the unlockable sashes. i dont really understand it but i'd like them to be interested as long as possible and i think them having more games where they're just dead-dead will be bad for their enthusiasm

only advice i can really give is study the enviroment, don't make rash climbs without having extra stamina to back down again. Try to loot as many luggages as possible to get items to climb up with and food. If you want help you can always ask someone more experienced on here to climb with you

Im so cooked. Im waiting for mesa to come back in a couple of minutes so i can do the last single player doable achievements im missing but after that, all im missing is multiplayer achievements, but the thing is that i tried to play multiplayer with a couple of people on this server but everyone is so serious about the game. And if they aren’t serious, which i prefer, they tend to just want to play the game for fun. Don’t get me wrong, the people who just wanna play multiplayer for fun and good vibes are my favorite kinda people, and I’m one of those people, but I don’t wanna bother them with achievements. And the people that do want to do the multiplayer achievements don’t know what fun is. Like I wanna have fun but I also wanna do the achievements, but no one seems to be interested in doing both, either fun and good vibes or lock in for achievements. Cmon man :/

you gotta start at the capybaras and there's a tree you can climb in the lower area that can help you get to a ledge , from there its a pretty linear route ,, theres also a lot of pitons along the way

it is random, they are pretty easy to spot in mesa. they are in the 1st half before the canyon. Alpine is a bit harder, but if you dont mind looking it up other people probably know the location within the next hour or 2

look for a round opening in the ground, either on the pillars or in the sand. before canyon. gives you a title card when you drop down through a long hole.
