Correct, for tropics I found that climbing up the right side then using the vines on the big tree to get to, then back helped. After that it was just "almost at the top" things

The mushrooms can only be found in the shore and tropics biome to my understanding, if you want the badge take more time than necessary in those biomes, I’m not sure if its possible to get achievements in it, but tenderfoot could make it easier

Today's alpine is a pain in the ass. Only way to make it work for us was a chain from a specific point.

We tried with 3 pitons shelf shroom anti gravity rope cannon and a rope cannon and it didn't work so yeah. If you get a chain you can throw it close to the capybara and then climb from there

Pain. Took us 3 tries to get past alpine, and two more tries to complete cause we had bad luck with the luggage. I recommend going for as many luggage as possible until you get a chain gun
