For tropics there are a bunch of white crates on the right. Alpines u go into the cave but dont go up the cave. U go to the right side until u cant climb anymore then ur in the cave, go straight back into it then climb up to the right and ur out. It was not that bad. I havent tried kiln yet because i died on caldera. There is one chain i jumped to grab and it was so close to the bottom i took fall damage

I am convinced that Caldera biome has reduced fall damage, and I'll die on that hill. You can make much higher jumps without taking damage, while on alpines, you touch ground at anything over than snail speed and die.

If you're going for that and nothing else you can start a run, stock up on some items in the shores, then when you reach the Tropics there is a GIANT wall starting at the bottom. If you use a lolipop followed by an energy drink and 1 (or more) Pitons you should be able to clear the achievement easily.

Bees will leave you alone if you get super far from them, or if you leave the hive/honeycombs. They'll despawn if the hive is broken but they'll guard the honeycombs for a little bit.
