• 430m up The Shore
• 270m up The Tropics
• Any point up Alpine

I do believe The Caldera and Kiln are the only places he cannot properly spawn without being forced.

I see… that makes more sense. I ran squads and we got distracted concussing one another with coconuts in the tropics (we brought them) and then I threw a peel and got TWO people on a tree from like 30 meters. Both fell and one died, all but one of us died from peel trolling. We finally made alpines but one of us left and me and another killed ourselves. The last got us to the top and then I burned alive in the caldera. One more left and we as a duo went to the kiln. We had good supplies but then I lost it all because they passed out and couldn’t help me up so I died. Basically, we had very different experiences.
