a quick tip! if you spam sprint jump, you can make it up a lot, even without stamina
helps you speed through the shore especially
however, it is not a cure-all and should only be used for small almost walkable slopes or a series of steps

I want to share a strategy that I don't think many people are aware of. If you have a first aid in you quick slot, you can jump off any height in the game. While in mid air, start using the first aid. By the time you hit the ground and take damage, the first aid should almost finish being used. Just keep holding down the left mouse button and fully heal all damage. Having a first aid in your quick slot is over powered. Hope this helps someone.

The thick vines/roots are your friends when it comes to climbing and finding new angles. Playing on a lower difficulty helps just to get a feel of the route, and stock on food tbh

okay so! the mic system can be buggy anyway, and if its caused by a bug its just a case of trying a new lobby or waiting for a patch, but heres a few fixes that i've seen work for some people:

1. try being invited through the terminal in game rather than invite,
2. Go to the peak.exe file > compatablity> always run as administrator,
3. Some people have found that running it on same launch option as the host (vulkan or dx12) helps (but im becoming less convinced this is the actual cause),
   4.Toggling from voice activation to ptt and back again,
4. If none of the above work, make sure your antivirus hasnt blocked anything

The game can be closed, however if you have it running, make sure it is in the main menu (and NOT the airport).

Im not gonna say too much because I dont want you to construe it as 'attacking you' when its not, Im just giving my opinion. However the mods in this sever, from what Ive seen, have been lovely. In terms of discord mods, they dont have any power over the actual game itself, the only things they moderate are messages within the server (and DMs if scammy links are being sent out), anything that happens within the game are out of the realms of discord moderators. I dont think the game was originally designed to be a lfg game, and so using lfg you do so at your own risk. Obviously any vile messages towards yourself is uncalled for though, but also talking back in a retaliative manner isn't great also. (Just my opinion, as a simple player of the game though.)

The hackers aren't being "allowed". The moderation team for this discord - 4 people, mind you, and like 30,000 online at any given hour - have little or no control over in-game bans and, seeing as the game does not actually link to discord in any way, banning people in the discord for hacking in the game is meaningless and impossible.

I'm certain we all share his sentiment against hackers ruining the fun for everybody. There's no need to insult anybody; there's nobody to even insult. Hackers aren't in here advertising it. Again, obviously, the game does not associate itself with discord at all and so banning people in the discord for hacking is impossible. The solution lies in using invite-only mode and possibly some form of future anti-cheat.
