It depends on the ascent level. Food is pretty important at higher levels but also carry weight gets increased so I try to pack things I can easily toss if needed.

Honey is S tier. I also prefer like having 2 launchers of some kind as a get out of jail free card. 1 lolipop/energy drink and a pitton in the hotbar in case I bite off more than I can chew
