I think it would be nice if we got a 6 slot backpack on the 1st mountain instead of a 4 slot. This way you could carry more in solo after the 1st struggle and in multiplayer one player could be the hauler of the team. It would be balanced by the additional weight likely requiring more gear usage.

An item from the ancient chests or statues Wich give you a permanent Hotbar slot (for the run) would also be huge like a small pouch or something.
