cursed skull, if no one else has answered yet, is a 100% Full Heal for EVERYONE THAT ISNT YOU. YOU die, but it will fully revive and have your team at 100% raring to go and can come in clutch if things have gone south.

the kicker is that you have to be Near everyone, and I dunno what the radius is. TLDR: for 3 or 4 man teams, it's great for an "UH OH" button. for 2....eeeeh. maybe save it at the top of the zone you're in so you both can at least be revived easily and get a heal that way?
